Serengeti, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in northern Tanzania, spans about 15,000 square kilometers and boasts an impressive array of wildlife. Home to over 2 million herbivores, including wildebeest and zebra, it also supports 4,000 lions, 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and 500 bird species. During the dry season, you'll witness massive migratory herds, while the North Serengeti offers abundant resident wildlife like lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes, crocodiles, and the rare oribi antelopes.
